The "Pearl of Empire" cattery is the oldest cattery in Russia that has been breeding cats since 1989.
The cattery was the first one in Moscow that began breeding the Petersburg-sphinx.
It actively took part in the popularization of the siamese and eastern breeds,
and also Main-coons in Russia. But the main pride of the cattery is the British SH breed.
While the British short-haired blue cats are compared with teddy bears, the British SH are teddy bears dressed in a blue fox fur-coat. These amazing animals perfectly combine "northern" color, wonderful type, stout form, and good-natured character piculiar to British cats. Silver Shaded (shinshilla) is rather young color for the British breed, it appeared less than 20 years ago. Nevertheless the color formation took many years of hard work of manufacturers. By this time animals of this color not only comply to the strict requirements of the show class animals, but successfully compete with the classic colored cats such as blue and cream-colored cats on Best in Show. We are actively collaborate with British and European catteries, carring out a breed carriers exchange based on accurate breeding plan. All the cattery animals purposed for breeding, have high exhibition awards, they also participated and won in the BIS contest many times. Our cattery animals have found a new home in many Russian and European cities, and became true friends for many people.
